Plugin Update: Utilities

CoolPicker v2.2 from Chris Johnson / David Baker.

Changes for v2.2 are:
- Fixes Gamma correction so that it works correctly in the picker
- Fixes a problem with Alpha values and mental ray
- Completely reworked the YCbCr conversion. The old version didn't really work properly
- Adds support for the Object Color dialog
- Fixes a couple of bugs with floating point colors
- The Alpha controls are now disabled when not in floating point mode

New Plugin: Materials

SolidColor2 v1.0 from David Baker.

This is a rewrite of the BlurBeta SolidColor plugin and includes mental ray support. It does exactly the same as the original plugin, but other than that and the name the 2 plugins have nothing to do with each other. It seems to be a bit faster than the BlurBeta one.

- No changes, it was pointed out to me that I never recompiled it for Max 8, so here it is

If anyone out there can test this in Max 6 or 7, would you let me know if it works (it should do).

Convexity Pro v1.0 from Maple3D.

Changes for v1.0 are:
- Adds a Valve .VMF Exporter
- Adds Wall Justification
- Adds an Isolation Box Helper
- Adds an Isolation Manager
- Edit Property dialogs are now selection sensitive
- Convexity can now output walls and floors in both 'Convex' and non-convex 'Mesh' mode
- Materials are now automatically stored when applied to walls
- Initial Configuration has been made more user friendly
- Price has been dropped from $1500 to $525
- There is now a non-commercial license available for $90

Convexity is available for Max 5 to 2009 and costs $525. No demo version is available, but there are some demo videos here.
